A fair, considered approach
Our approach
We aim to assess every refund request fairly and on a case-by-case basis. Our service fee covers the human review, secure submission and ongoing support associated with your application file.
When refunds may be considered
- Cancellation request received before our review begins: typically eligible for a full service-fee refund (excluding any government fees already incurred).
- Cancellation request received during review: a partial refund may be considered, reflecting the work already completed by our reviewers.
- File already submitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection: the authorisation decision rests with CBP and cannot be withdrawn; refunds are generally not available at this stage.
Important note on authorisation outcomes
A refusal or denial of an ESTA authorisation by U.S. Customs and Border Protection is not, in itself, a basis for refund of the service fee, as our service has been fully delivered (preparation, audit and submission). We will, however, gladly assist you in understanding next steps.
How to request a refund
