USA ESTA Assist is a private third-party assistance service. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Government or U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Our service helps travellers prepare and submit their ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) details with the benefit of a human review.

2. Authorisation decisions

The decision to grant or refuse an ESTA authorisation rests entirely with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We cannot influence or guarantee the outcome of any decision.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. While our reviewers will audit your details and contact you about any oversight we identify, ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of the information rests with you.

4. Service fees

Our service fees are disclosed clearly on the application page before payment is requested. Fees include the official ESTA government fee where applicable as well as our human-review and assistance service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to compromise its security, or submit information on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid for the specific application in question.
