Cancel Application

If your plans have changed, we'll handle it gently.

Cancellation is straightforward, but the timing matters — what is possible depends on the stage of your file. The guide below explains each scenario calmly so you know what to expect before you write to us.

Three scenarios — what is possible at each stage

Best timing

Before our review begins

If you contact us before our reviewers have started their audit, your service fee can typically be refunded in full (excluding any government fees that may already have been incurred).

Why this matters: this is the simplest and most refund-friendly stage.

Partial refund possible

During our review

If our team has begun the human-review process, a partial refund may be considered, reflecting the work already completed by our reviewers on your behalf.

Why this matters: some of the service value has already been delivered to your file.

Refunds generally not available

After submission to U.S. CBP

Once your file has been transmitted to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, it cannot be withdrawn from their authorisation system, and refunds are generally not available — our service has been fully delivered at that point.

Why this matters: from this stage, only CBP can decide on the authorisation.

How to request a cancellation

  1. 1. Write a short email to our support team

Email [email protected] with your reference number and a brief reason for cancellation. There is no formal template — a single sentence is fine.

  2. 2. We confirm the current stage of your file

A reviewer checks where your file currently sits in the process and replies with a clear, plain-language assessment of refund eligibility.

  3. 3. You confirm before anything is processed

We never process a cancellation without your explicit written approval. You remain in full control until the very end.

  4. 4. Written confirmation by email

Once cancelled, we send you a confirmation email along with any refund details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Ready to cancel? Just send us an email.

Please review our Refund Policy first so you understand what may apply to your situation. Typical response time is within 24 hours.

[EXPERT NOTE]

A refusal or denial of an ESTA authorisation by U.S. CBP is not, in itself, a basis for refund of the service fee — our service has been fully delivered at that point. We will, however, gladly assist you in understanding the next steps.
